Carmen – that sounds like you may have more serious issues going on. Adaptiv helps with feeling anxious, overwhelmed, super stressed or really down. I hope you get checked out by a dr, naturopath or chiropractor.

Alyssa, I cant advise on oils and a specific diagnosis. I do know you can take more than 2. Just go slow and pay attention to how you feel while working with your Dr to reduce your meds.

I didn’t know you could take more. I take them for my anxiety but last year I found out I have PMDD. In the past I would forget to take these then found out I really do need them bc it was helping my mood and more. I still feel like I need something around my period. So doctors only suggest antidepressants for PMDD. It took me forever to finally give in😔 I didn’t want to but I needed something more to help.
