Those are all great. When you’re ready I’d add the original mood oils too – balance, citrus bliss, serenity and elevation which all are great for calming and reducing anxious feelings.

What are the oils you would suggest to start out? I gave a nine month old grand daughter and my daughter and I have a lot of stress going on in our lives.
