5 oils for a restful night’s sleep
1. Cedarwood
2. Balance
3. Vetiver
4. Serenity blend*
5. Lavender*
*Some people experience very vivid dreams when they use lavender at night. If this happens to you just choose a different calming oil.
My personal favorite is Cedarwood. It shuts my mind off which I always need at night. My oldest son also asks for Cedarwood quite often. He takes after me in way too many ways 🙂 For me, it works best if I apply it to the bottom of my feet versus my wrists, back of neck or chest.
Choose the oil that works best for you and apply to wrists, back of neck and/or bottom of feet
