A 2yr old should absolutely not ingest On Guard. For a cough Id use something gentler since that’s such delicate skin – lemon, frankincense and lavender are great for respiratory support for little ones. Use the diluted On Guard on the bottoms of her feet for immune support.

I do use it on her externally diluted with coconut oil. Would easy air be ok to apply on the chest ?
